About Us

Dear Club Members

We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. We believe that if this venture is to be successful you need to know who is developing CPEAC.org and why and how it was formed.

CPEAC.org originated when my wife Robyn and I, Mario Beauchamp, had an idea when a group of our neighbors bonded together to pool our purchasing power for our heating oil. We were able to negotiate an incredible fixed rate as a group.

Drawing on our combined business experiences last January we came up with this concept for a web business which is based on two universal principals “we all want to save money” and “there is strength in numbers”.

Robyn and I looked at different ways for us to save you money. The most effective way is through mail-in rebates. This means getting the best deal for you on various products from a retailer or on-line web stores, and use the mail-in rebate to save you even more money.

There is according to Statistic Canada, 3.9 million public employees in Canada. We are contacting 120,000 to start with. If many members join, we will  have strength in numbers. You can also help in increasing the group’s purchasing power by telling your co-workers to join us.

We wanted to make this a painless process so we will only send you, if you register, two emails a month. This will list the mail-in rebates available by product category and then by manufacturers. By clicking on the manufacturer’s name you will be directed to CPEAC.org web site where you can register for the mail-in rebate.

We also ask you to tell us which product you want to save on. Tell us whether you’re in the market for a television, a set of winter tires, a snowboard or any other product. Chances are someone else in the group will be in the market for the same product.

Resource constriction forced us to learn very quickly. As an example we could not out source the web site design, however, Robyn learned how to on her own. If you have any suggestions on how we can make this experience more pleasurable please let us know. Your in-put will always be appreciated whether on procedure, products and ease of navigation. You may comment in the “contact us” section or email me directly.

Respectfully yours,

Mario Beauchamp
