1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “October & November 2024” Credit Offer. This is a dual offer consisting of (1) a 70% discount for a second sailor and (2) a balcony upgrade for eligible voyages for select cabins for select voyages departing from 2024 through 2026. Discount is subject to voyage availability.

Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:

• Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 70% off all open inventory. Under the ”October & November 2024” Offer, through November 12, 2024, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of up to 35% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin on an Eligible Booking (see sections 2 and 3.1).

This offer will be marketed as a “buy one fare get a second fare 70% off all voyages.”

Bookings on “Eligible Voyages” will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Limited View Sea Terrace cabins, meaning all bookings will be upgraded to a “Limited Sea View Sea Terrace” cabin. Bookings by Tour Operators will be upgraded to a “The Sea Terrace” cabin. We highlight that the balcony upgrades are for select 2024 through 2026 voyages; see also Section 3.3 for restrictions.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on October 11, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on November 12, 2024. Eligible Voyage dates are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages on sale through 2027.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "October & November 2024” Credit Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins: the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”October & November 2024” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta
Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.2 Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: for Scarlet, Valiant and Resilient Lady: The Sea View to Limited View Sea Terrace and Lock-it-in Sea View to Lock-it-in Sea Terrace. For Brilliant Lady: The Sea View to The Slightly Smaller Sea Terrace, and Lock-it-in Sea View to Lock-it-in Sea Terrace. Tour Operator bookings will be upgraded to The Sea Terrace cabins.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “October & November 2024” Credit Offer.

Scheduled Charter Voyages, and Holiday Voyages, are also excluded from the Balcony Upgrade:

• Scarlet Lady Voyages: December 28, 2024 and December 28, 2025
• Valiant Lady Voyages: December 30, 2024, December 27, 2025
• Resilient Lady Voyages: December 28, 2024, December 27, 2025
• Brilliant Lady Voyages: December 26, 2025

Marvelous Voyages are excluded from the Balcony Upgrade:

• Scarlet Lady Voyages: August 10, 2026, June 24, 2026
• Valiant Lady Voyages: June 28, 2026, July 22, 2026, August 5, 2026, August 8, 2026
• Brilliant Lady Voyages: March 21, 2026, May 3, 2026

3.2. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

The “October & November 2024” Credit Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

The "October & November” Credit Offer is not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• Fleet Summer Season Pass Offer
• Casino Rates
• Interline Rates
• Brilliant 4 U Pass
• Sail & Save
• Reduced rate programs
• Paid In Full Offer
• Any other tactical offers

4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

Exclusive Sailor Loot Terms & Conditions: 

Sailor Loot is Virgin’s cheeky way of saying onboard credit. Once on board, Sailors can use it to make purchases on items like specialty drinks, spa treatments, tattoos, retail, Shore Things and more! 

Unlike Future Voyage Credit, Sailor Loot cannot be used on pre-voyage purchases, including Bar Tab. All Sailor Loot is dedicated to the sailing it is applied to, and any unused funds will not be refunded or rolled over after the voyage ends. 

US$100 Sailor Loot is per cabin on select sailings. Applicable on all cabin categories for new bookings only. Booking cannot be made within 7 days of the sail date. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer. Sailor Loot is combinable with all current offers & My Next Virgin Voyage as long as it is for an eligible sailing. The US$100 onboard credit is not combinable with contracted Circles bookings, or with deeply discounted Voyage Fare rates (including, but not limited to some Access Keys, Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, Interline Rates, First Mate Rates, etc.). US$100 Sailor Loot is not automatically added at time of booking. Virgin Voyages will manually add the US$100 credit to new qualifying bookings within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
